"What can I say about Habanoko Salsa holidays to Cuba, where do I start? I have been to Cuba with Habanaloko Salsa twice and have completely fallen in love with the country.

On both occasions I have had the time of my life and can't wait to get back there - it really has captured my heart. With Karel's knowledge, you will experience all the very best Cuba has to offer, be it the rum factory, cigar factory, top salsa bands and venues with the benefit of having Karel on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I have formed friendships that will last a life time and wouldn't hesitate to book with Habanaloko again. I'm very grateful to Karel for making my time in Cuba so special. Oh yes forgot to mention, the most amazing dances ever!!"

"First time I went to Cuba was in June 2008 with a private group which was organised with Habanaloko. I spent eleven wonderful days visiting the real Cuba, escorted by Karel Duvergel.

We spent time at Havana, Trinidad, Veradero, Santiago and Guantanamo and on the way we met wonderful people and excellent dancers.

If you are visiting Cuba, you must visit La Casa de la Musica. This is where you can dance with all the locals to the salsa/reggaeton tunes, or dance to one of the famous bands.

One of my most memorable visits was when we went to Guantanamo visiting the locals and the families, we had a lovely pig roast, baked sweet corn and lamb stew - it was delicious. While we where there we also swam in the river with all the family and of course eating the local mangos which we picked ourselves.

It's that good that I'm returning to Cuba this year in September again with another group of friends for two weeks. Cuba is a must for a holiday destination, especially if organised by Habanaloko".
